The service was exceptional, with staff members working in the valet area being excellent and very helpful, especially Dan. The location is excellent for exploring the city, although it can be a bit overwhelming for those seeking a quieter experience. The dining options were good with a reasonable choice, though somewhat overpriced, making it hard to justify the expense for what was offered. The hotel offers various amenities and services, including valet parking, making the stay convenient overall.
